My personal opinion is that various govt and CSOs are trying it's best to provide material help to reduce the sufferings of the people.
We also need to address the psychological preparation of the people.

I see people still crowding at market, leikai, distribution points, even in auto etc. Many are still under impression that it will not affect 'me'. They, perhaps, do not realise the agony of what fallows after being tested positive - to themself, their family, children etc, they do not realise that once affected and quarantined, there will be no visit from relatives or friends in the hospital.
Our workers who are providing relief materials must explain to the common people on this danger - not maintaining social distancing is just like drinking poison unknowingly #ThoughtProvoking
